GWERU-based hip-hop star Breezie Nukem last week released his long awaited video for the popular track Zvamagaya, which has been receiving favourable airplay on local radio stations.

Speaking in an interview with Standard Style, Nukem said his music is very original that is why he is a darling of many.

“I compose my own songs and my music is very original. I believe that is the reason my fans love my music that much,” Nukem said.

“I have dedicated my new video to my loyal fans who are always supportive through thick and thin.”

Nukem said he had been receiving several requests from fans wanting him to release the video for the song.

“I was so encouraged by their support and the video was shot in various places in Gweru,” he said.

Nukem encouraged other upcoming artistes to follow their dreams and continue pushing until they achieve what they want.

“I have been encouraged by others to be who l am today and l hope l am going to inspire others also,” he said.

Born Romeo Mulekano, Nuken began his music career while at school and has one album titled Make Love Tonight and has several singles.

The single track Zvamagaya has been doing great in the local hip-hop circles.
