Gospel musician Benny Muzanamombe is set to release his third album next month titled Mutasvi WeMafungu with six tracks

In an interview with Standard Style, Muzanamombe said the album has six tracks, namely Mweya weMufi, Ziso raMwari, Mutemo Yamasangano, Moyo Murefu, Ngwarai Senyoka and  Nehutsvene

‘’It’s six-track album ,with special emphasis on the believers to keep the watch . We are going where have never been before and the only proper guidance on the way is the Holy Spirit,” he said.

“The first song there Mweya Wemufi is a social commentary song that appeals to family fathers not be too harsh on their in-laws regarding death and burial issues.”

The Mufudzi Wemakwayi hit maker hinted at releasing more videos on the latest project so that many people will be familiar with his music

“I will release as many videos as possible for my fans to recognise me .I faced a serious name damage because people didn’t know me so people took advantage and went about selling my music telling my fans they are me,” he said

The musician, popularly known as Hadassah in music circles, last year released his second album titled Mufudzi Wemakwayi, which was well-received by the fans and it was frequently played on ZBC’s National FM.

The gospel artiste pointed out that piracy was killing their music career because they were not benefiting anything.

He is working on establishig centres in Mutare and Harare where he will be selling his music as a way of tackling the piracy

“This year I will establish centres where my music would be sold and I am urging the government to intervene and help us to tackle piracy because as musicians we earn a living through music,” he said

The latest album, which will be launched on National FM, was recorded at Joy of Life Music in Chitungwiza.
