Struggling giants Dynamos continue to sink on the log standings as they find themselves second from bottom after playing a goalless draw against ZPC Kariba at Nyamhunga yesterday.
The Glamour Boys are now 17th with 14 points from 17 matches.
The match ignited early, with ZPC Kariba's Collen Muleya narrowly missing a long-range grounder in the fourth minute, set up by a precise pass from Fanuel Shoko.
Dynamos FC quickly retaliated, as Enasio Perezo Jnr skillfully outmaneuvered ZPC keeper Tatenda Munditi in the danger zone, only for the defense to make a crucial clearance.
As the half progressed, Dynamos FC began to assert control in the midfield, spearheaded by their influential attacking midfielder, Tellmore Pio.
However, ZPC Kariba's backline, marshalled by the resolute Marshal Gavaza, stood firm, effectively neutralising Brandon Jerimani's attacking threats.
The even contest continued into the second half, with both teams carving out significant scoring chances.
ZPC Kariba's Stanley Ngala missed a header from a corner kick in the 37th minute, and Tinashe Kamwendo squandered a clear opportunity in the 49th minute.

Not to be outdone, Ross Ngwenya of Dynamos FC had a golden chance to score in the 52nd minute but failed to convert from a loose ball after skillfully breaking through the opposition's defence.
The introduction of Wayne Kamurai in the second half injected new life into ZPC Kariba's attacking efforts.
Yet, even with this change, the elusive goal remained out of reach. ZPC Kariba's Munashe Kamwendo misfired a right-flank kick in the 65th minute, summing up the day's frustrations in front of goal.
In the dying moments of the game, ZPC Kariba's Charles Munyanyi sent a header towards goal, but it ultimately amounted to nothing as the referee's whistle signaled the end of the match, confirming the 0-0 stalemate.
After the final whistle, Dynamos Head Coach Saul Chaminuka offered a concise assessment: "You cannot complain. I think we looked good and controlled the game. We just weren't able to convert to goals when the ball came our way."
ZPC Kariba coach Newton Chitewe praised his team's dominant performance. "We had the upper hand for almost 90% of the game," Chitewe remarked.
"We played very well, but we lacked penetration in the Dynamos defense. They were very organised, closing down our wingers and preventing crosses. Despite not scoring, it was a good game, especially compared to our last outing here where we also had possession."
