From humble beginnings to serving some of the most credible brands in the corporate world and development sector as well as the diaspora market; Preeminence Hardware’s service approach has borne fruit and their excellence has attracted accolades from reputable awards boards like the Marketers Association of Zimbabwe (MAZ).
While some businesses cut corners and short change clients to maximize profits, Preeminence Hardware which specialises in the sale of cement, bricks, concrete stones, sand, doors and door frames, tools, fencing, aluminium frames and doors as well as trusses is focused on customer satisfaction; a move which has seen them champion various campaigns and promotions aimed at educating the market about their products while providing their clients with the best service possible.
Speaking to Standard Style, the company’s chief executive officer Nyasha Michael Chikosi (pictured) said they were a wholly indigenous brand, which is riding on existing policies to drive business growth and proffer the best service to their cross section of clients and he is happy that they are beginning to get the commensurate recognition and acceptance in the market.
“We started operations in 2021 and setting up in a generally challenging economic environment wasn’t easy but I am happy that we have utilised existing space and policies to drive our growth through a client-focused approach that ensures quality service and customer satisfaction,” Chikosi said.
“Our pedigree and credibility has seen us attract business from various clients in the corporate world as well as the NGO sector.
“We are also getting a lot of support from the diaspora market who are benefiting from our credible and rightly priced products and services to safeguard their construction and real estate investments back home.”
Chikosi whose company was named one of the best marketing oriented small and medium enterprises (SMEs) at the 2025 Marketers Association of Zimbabwe national marketing excellence awards this month said they have continued to run various promotions aimed at cushioning their clients and ensuring that they get value for money with all their investments.
“We strongly believe our products and services should be tailored to the needs of our clients and we have deliberately invested in marketing campaigns and promotions targeting both the local and diaspora market and the results are more than encouraging,” he said.
