Real Estate and property developer Craft Properties Holdings has announced the relocation of its head office from 24 Connaught Street to new premises at 29 Robert Mugabe Road and the corner of Simon Mazorodze Street in Kadoma, effective October 1.
Never Sleep Security Company, a subsidiary of Craft Properties, is also relocating to the new premises.
The company said the move was driven by the need for a more spacious and modern office complex that offers secure parking facilities in the heart of the central business district.
“Our growth over the past years has created the need for a bigger, more accessible location,” said Craft Properties Holdings chief executive officer, Kudakwashe Taruberekera. “The new premises not only provide our clients and partners with improved convenience, but they also position us right in the center of business activity, which is strategic for our expansion plans.”
Despite the relocation, the company emphasised that all contact details remain unchanged, ensuring uninterrupted communication with clients and stakeholders.
Taruberekera added that the move was also symbolic of the company’s ongoing commitment to excellence as it celebrates 17 years of operations.
“We value the trust our clients have placed in us, and this relocation is part of our commitment to deliver even better services,” he said.
“We are confident this new environment will allow us to serve our clients more efficiently while offering a professional and welcoming space.”
