Hip-hop musician Innocent Stambuli, known by his stage name Sinbad 90 , has released a six-track EP titled Positive Vibes.
The release marks the beginning of his ambitious plan to drop an EP every month this year.
The EP features tracks such as Chikoko, Gudo Remugomo, Tungamirai, KD Golden City, Ndirege Ndifare and Mari Yakawanda.
Sinbad 90 said the EP draws inspiration from a calling from above.
“The new EP draws its inspiration from a calling from above, and the message is clear — spreading self-love and positive vibes to the world,” he said.
“On this EP, each song has a different sound. Chikoko, for example, warns people about betrayal from friends and family, urging caution about one’s surroundings and not trusting anyone in your circle 100%,” he said.
“Track number two Gudo Remugomo is a ‘gangster’ love track about a partner being influenced to make wrong decisions by jealous friends who don’t want the relationship to work out.
“Tungamirai [track 3] is a prayer for success in life, followed by track four, KD Golden City, a song about taking my girl to my hometown, Kadoma, and introducing her to my relatives and friends.

“The last two tracks — Ndirege Ndifare is a party song while Mari Yakawanda is a hustler’s anthem.
While the EP features beats from various producers, Sinbad 90 himself produced, engineered, mixed and mastered 80% of the project.
“I got beats from unsung producers like Anjae, It’s Bryne from Kadoma, Scarry Stotter from Harare, I Pro, and Steppa Bantan from Zambia and Bleswyn Kays, a dope video director from Kadoma,” he noted.
Sinbad 90 believes the new EP will bring a positive shift in atmosphere.
