Letter from America : Trump embarks on sweet revenge!

The brochure said clearly that students could withdraw before a certain date and get full compensation.

Please do not feel sorry for US Democrats as they struggle to make good their escape from President Donald Trump’s revenge mission.

When Democrats realised that Trump would run, and might win a second term in 2024, they set out to beat all the bushes looking for crimes he was supposed to have committed, some going back as far as 1991.

Both judges and lawyers were not fooled. Here is one such example. Sherri Simpson took a real estate class at Trump University and paid US$419 000 in tuition.

The brochure said clearly that students could withdraw before a certain date and get full compensation.

But Democrats were minded to embarrass Trump anyway. They urged Simpson to sue for US$25 million as compensation for a failed course.

The judge wrote the following. “Reading the notice as a whole and in context, we conclude that it promised only one opportunity to opt out. A reasonable reading of the notice precludes Simpson’s interpretation.”

One of the observer attorneys concluded that the matter had nothing to do with wrong doing on the part of Trump University. “There was a whole political aspect to the charge.” Nevertheless, a kangaroo court awarded Ms. Simpson US$25 million compensations for pain and suffering.

Democrats’ dug up another E. Jean Carol, a New Yorker pornographic artist (presumably a commercial sex worker).

Ms. Carol accused Trump, with advice from Democrats of sexual harassment, abuse and some form of rape.

A captured judge could not conclude that rape (forcible entry) had occurred but found Trump guilty of some form of sexual impropriety anyway. The case was dug from 1991 files and Trump could not recognise the woman.

Trump’s revenge

One reason for Trump’s overwhelming electoral victory in 2024 was a general belief among the populace that Democrats were out to get Trump.

New York attorney general Sister Letitia James, in her election, promised to “get Trump for you.” She came up with a cooked-up case.

Trump had inflated the value of his wealth in order to get favourable interest rates from banks. She brought in, Jake Smith, a cut-throat attorney from the United Nations in Europe to “do Trump.”

Despite the Deutsch Bank’s favourable report that Trump had paid back his loans, and despite the fact that no precedent was available in such cases, a kangaroo court fined Trump US$435 million.

A superior court was amused by the huge fine, and found provided Trump with some relief.

Now here is the juicy part.

Smith tried to return to his old job in Europe, not realising that it was a US government sponsored job.

Trump, now president, recalled him to face cooked up charges (his own game).

In simple English. He is without a job.

Sister James is facing the same charges he attributed to Trump, mortgage fraud. She had acquired a second home, pretending that it was her primary residence and saved US$18 000 in fees.

Sister is 65-years-old. Lying to the Federal Housing Authority can be a very serious case. Fraud (stealing US$18 000) from a bank can be a big deal.

She will likely lose her job. She faces a possible ten year in a federal jailhouse.

She is seeking help from “Go Fund Me” to pay her legal expenses.

God give me wisdom. I do not know whether I should feel sorry for her.

Sister had instructions from former president Joe Biden to put Trump in a jailhouse for 70 years.

 The Democrats have deserted her.

She finds herself facing certain bankruptcy.

But she is not alone.

The list is endless

There was a man by the name of Jack Strozck, and his girl friend Lisa Page. As Federal Bureau of Investigation Agents, and working with director James Comey, they decided to take out an “insurance” against Trump winning an election.

To cut a long story short. The problem with white people is that they write everything and their emails can be retrieved long after the matter is closed.

All the three are out of jobs. Just for the joy of it, Comey’s daughter was a prosecutor with the FBI. She too, for the sin of the fathers, is out of a job.

Strozk and Page are crying “bloody murder” and have asked a court of law to redeem their jobs. The court denied their request.

Comey, who once flew to his job in a government plane on a weekly basis, is facing bankruptcy. It appears that his former colleague and now retired super attorney John Fitzgerald has agreed to work pro bono.

But that will not help. There are enormous expenses involved in setting up offices in New York City at US$20 000 per month for a two-room space.

Trump is laughing and makes no bones about it.

Probably the most rewarding case of revenge is that of former Security John Bolton, a very bad man by all accounts, born without a conscience and a fervent Zionist.

The death of three million Iraqis, lying about weapons of mass destruction (2003) did not stop him from lying some more about Iran, repeating an Israeli lie about Iran’s nuclear programme which went back to 1992.

As we were going to press, the FBI agents “jumped on his house” and found 17 cases of top-secret documents. He was handcuffed, but looked mean and defiant.

If found guilty, he could be thrown in a federal slammer for 10 years. The scoundrel is 72-years-old.

As I write, I have in mind my garrulous brothers Minister Brother Daniel Garwe on YouTube, acting out and cutting up and my fellow lexicographer Christopher Mutsvangwa. May the Lord help these brothers should the wind blow in the opposite direction.

Peace.
